Holthinrichs is an independent haute horlogerie house based in Delft. We create watches as wearable architecture: sculptural, personal and technically refined.
We are growing with care. Our communication should reflect the same qualities as our watches: clarity, character, precision and trust.
The Role
As Marketing & Brand Manager, you will make our brand more visible, organised and commercially effective. You connect brand, product, sales and audience in a clear marketing rhythm.
This is a hands-on role with strategic influence. You contribute to marketing strategy, help set priorities and identify the moments and channels that deserve attention. You then turn those choices into campaigns, content, launches, events and client communication.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, brings momentum and follows through. You are comfortable proposing ideas, making decisions and pushing work forward, while protecting the refined character of Holthinrichs.
What You Will Do
1. Strategy and planning
- Help shape marketing priorities and translate them into a clear marketing and release calendar.
- Align marketing with product launches, watch availability, sales priorities and commercial opportunities.
- Keep Holthinrichs Haute Horlogerie and Signature/LAB distinct in positioning and communication.
2. Campaigns, content and launches
- Develop and coordinate campaigns, content planning, newsletters, press moments and event communication.
- Create clear briefings for photography, video, copy and social content, and drive delivery on time.
- Turn stories, imagery and product information into purposeful communication across channels.
3. Brand and commercial impact
- Safeguard tone, imagery and client experience: calm, convincing and precise rather than loud.
- Connect marketing moments to sales follow-up, client relationships and brand building.
- Spot opportunities and act on them, rather than waiting for a complete instruction set.
4. Ownership and execution
- Manage deadlines, contributors, files and follow-up with discipline.
- Coordinate external partners such as photographers, videographers, press contacts and event locations.
- Take projects from idea to delivery and keep the team moving.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an assertive and commercially aware marketing professional who combines taste with drive. You know how to protect a luxury brand, but you also know that visibility requires action.
- Experience in marketing, brand management, content, campaigns or communications.
- Comfortable contributing to strategy as well as executing it.
- Proactive, decisive and reliable: you take initiative and close loops.
- A strong feeling for luxury, design, craft, watches, architecture, art or high-end hospitality.
- Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for imagery and detail.
- Able to work professionally in English.
Experience in watches is a plus, but not required. An understanding of quality, nuance and the client world is more important.
Success After 6 Months
- Marketing priorities and a release calendar are clear and actively managed.
- Launches, events and content are planned ahead and executed with more impact.
- Sales is supported by stronger stories, visuals and follow-up moments.
- Holthinrichs Haute Horlogerie and Signature/LAB are more clearly positioned.
- The team experiences more momentum and less loose marketing follow-up.
